Healing Touch Work

In recent years I’ve specialized in touch work. Helping others restoration peace to their life through 1 to 1 sessions in the therapy room.

Aspects you can expect to improve upon in a typical session:

  • Physical relief from tension release in the body.

  • Recognition of unhealthy patterns and belief systems that no longer support your life.

  • Recognition of impulsive reactions and move towards healthy responses

  • Repair from old wounds, by dropping into feelings and processing emotions.

  • Peace and ease of mind

A common success I’ve seen in the work I’ve done is the ability to understand that the narrative we hold is just one part of the story. When this narrative is incongruent with your current life agitation can occur. This is an opportunity, a chance to evolve into a better version of yourself. Together in therapy we can evaluate your story and find a new way to be. From my experience, and depending on the issue, this work lasts an indefinite amount of time. Though typically it will takes between 5 and 10 sessions before the feeling of peace returns. Some factors such as stubbornness, dual diagnosis, or trauma may extend the healing timeline.
